Astier de Villatte has its workshop in the Bastille area of Paris, where their unique ceramic is made by hand by Paris' foremost potters. The manufacturing process takes place with traditional methods starting with the black terracotta clay which is then glazed in a beautiful milky white. Each individual product is engraved with the company's stamp and the craftsman's personal initials. With its traditional craftsmanship and unique products, Astier de Villatte has built a lasting reputation for exquisite and useful treasures.
