Lost in a Moment: Two Trudon Scents for Spring
Share
A study in contrast: green and floral, shade and light.
Spring does not arrive all at once. It gathers slowly, in shifts of light, in the first open window, in the return of green.
With its limited-edition Lost in a Moment collection, Trudon presents two compositions that capture this transition with precision. Originally conceived for summer, these scents find a natural place in spring, where contrast defines the atmosphere of a room.
Two candles. Two distinct expressions. Together, a complete point of view.
Summer Haze — Floral, Luminous, Expressive
Where spring begins to open, Summer Haze takes hold. A composition that moves between fruit and flower, it opens with a red berry and macaroon accord before unfolding into rose and settling into soft musks and tonka bean.
There is warmth here, but it is structured. The sweetness is present, yet controlled, held together by depth and balance rather than excess.
It reads as late afternoon light, flowers gathered and brought indoors, a table set without urgency. A scent that fills a room without overwhelming it.
Under the Trees — Green, Structured, Elemental
In contrast, Under the Trees offers a cooler, more architectural composition. Built around cucumber and blackcurrant bud, it moves through mint and jasmine before settling into cedar and soft woods.
This is not a floral in the traditional sense. It is vegetal, grounded, and deliberate. The freshness is tempered, never sharp, and the structure of the scent remains intact from first impression to finish.
It evokes open air, shade, and water nearby. A space that feels composed rather than styled.
A Study in Contrast
What defines this pairing is not simply scent, but balance.
Green and floral. Cool and warm. Shade and light.
Together, these candles offer a complete approach to scenting a room in spring. One does not replace the other; each sharpens the presence of the other.
The Lost in a Moment Collection
Produced in limited quantities, both candles are housed in bold, luminous glass vessels, one in vivid green, the other in soft fuchsia. Objects designed to mark a moment rather than define a season.
Trudon’s strength lies not only in fragrance, but in its ability to shape atmosphere. These are not simply scents, but finishing gestures, the final layer of a considered interior.
