A Summer Garden in Stone
If you’ve ever wandered through the winding lanes of Siasconset, or ‘Sconset, as it’s lovingly known, on the eastern edge of Nantucket, you’ve likely found yourself paused in wonder. There, behind weathered shingles and quiet fences, lie some of the most enchanting gardens in the world. Wisteria. Hydrangeas. Wild roses climbing in careless perfection.
For Mikkel Brøgger, 'Sconset is more than a favorite summer retreat, it’s a place of deep personal reverence. A place where time slows, color intensifies, and nature speaks in the softest palette.
The Sconset Necklace is his ode to this rare and radiant world.
Garden Stones, Sunlight Tones
This one-of-a-kind gemstone bead necklace brings together a luminous arrangement of ethically sourced stones, hand-selected for their color, texture, and emotion:
• Madagascan rose quartz for softness and serenity
• Angelite for clear blue skies
• Lemon chrysoprase for fresh-cut green
• Honey opal and orange quartz for the golden light of late afternoon
Each bead, measuring between 6mm and 12mm, is strung by hand on dark blue silk cord, a subtle nod to the deep sea beyond the gardens. The necklace is finished with a handmade clasp and lock in solid 14K yellow gold.
Time Spent, Beauty Held
Measuring 22 inches in length, The Sconset Necklace wears like a memory of summer — warm, effortless, and lasting.
But make no mistake: this is not simply sentimental. It is sculptural, considered, and crafted by hand with the precision and quiet luxury that defines Mikkel’s work.
• Length: 56 cm / 22 inches
• Color palette: Petal pink, sea blue, sunlit honey, mint leaf
• Material: 14K (585) yellow gold

The Island, Made Wearable
More than a necklace, The Sconset is a translation, of light, scent, and season. It captures what words rarely can: the rarefied calm of a walk through a garden in full bloom, on a Nantucket afternoon, with salt air and sunlight on your skin.
It is a memory made material.
A garden worn close to the heart.
