Inspired by the classic Aperol Spritz but with a more floral French character.
Fill a glass with ice. Add 60 ml Aperol, 90 ml chilled Crémant de Loire or Champagne, and 30 ml sparkling water. Finish with a splash of elderflower liqueur and a generous twist of grapefruit peel. Garnish with fresh mint.
