We ship worldwide from our Malmö boutique via UPS. Every order is carefully inspected, securely packed, and sent with full tracking.

Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination, customs processing, and carrier conditions. Express shipping is available to select destinations and will appear at checkout where available.

Complimentary Shipping Thresholds

  • USA: $350 USD
  • Sweden: 2,000 SEK
  • Denmark: 1,400 DKK
  • Eurozone: €250
  • United Kingdom: £300

Standard Shipping Rates

For orders below the complimentary shipping threshold:

  • USA: $25 USD
  • Sweden: 200 SEK
  • Denmark: 150 DKK
  • Eurozone: €25
  • United Kingdom: £20

For all other countries, shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and available service.

Shipping to the United States

  • Tracked UPS delivery: most in-stock orders dispatch from Malmö within 1–3 business days and usually arrive in the U.S. within 2–6 business days after dispatch, subject to customs and carrier conditions.
  • Simple pricing: complimentary U.S. shipping from $350 USD; $25 USD below the threshold.
  • Customs: import duties, taxes, and brokerage charges are the recipient's responsibility.
  • Holiday orders: order by the published Christmas cutoff when available. Earlier is recommended for remote addresses, gifts, and customs-sensitive deliveries.

Shipping something large or unusual?
Furniture, artwork, oversized pieces, trophy mounts, and certain estate objects may require a custom shipping quote or may be available for local delivery only. Please contact us at info@bontongoods.com and we will be happy to help.

Please Note

  • Perfumes and colognes cannot be shipped outside the European Union.
  • Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs charges. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, telephone number, and email address at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@bontongoods.com as soon as possible.

Transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Please retain the item, shipping carton, and all original packaging materials.

Damage claims require photographs of the carton, shipping label, interior packaging, and damaged item, together with a clear, continuous unboxing video and written description of the damage.
